CONFERENCE AND ROOM
Hotel stay is not included in the conference registration fees. Follow the link provided on the registration site to book your hotel accommodations at a preferred rate starting at $249.
Cancellation policy
Full refund of registration fee prior to May 1st, 2024.
50% refund of registration fee between May 2nd and May 16th, 2024.
No refund of registration fee after May 17th, 2024. Full refund for hotel cancellation up to 48 hours prior to arrival date, otherwise the full night will be charged.
*For early bird King Suite entry draw, both conference and hotel must be confirmed by 11:59 EST April 1st, 2024. Minimum 2 people required on registration/room. Random draw from all applicable entries will be held week of April 1st, 2024, and winner will be contacted by April 12th, 2024. Verification of all conditions will be required before awarding the prize. Prize includes the upgrade from traditional room to King Suite for 2 nights with check-in June 12th, 2024 and check-out June 15th, 2024. No cash value and no substitutions.
